The Town of Troutman Town Council will conduct public hearings at Town Hall, 400 N Eastway Drive, Troutman, N.C., on the 12th day of January, 2023, at 7:00 PM for the following purposes:

Case No. AX-22-08: (Non-Contiguous) Applicant: John C. and Robert B. Shinn for Shinn Farms; 276.26(+/-) acres; PIN(s) 4760034830, 4760131733, 4750924960 and 4750953208.
Case No. AX-22-13: (Non-Contiguous) Applicant: Mountain State Investment for 138 Houston Road; 2.0 acres (+/-); PIN 4740877479 (138 Houston Road).

Case No. CZ-RM-22-09 John C. and Robert B. Shinn (Shinn Farms). To consider a rezoning of 276.26 (apx.) located on the east and west side of Weather’s Creek Road, north of the Houston Road intersection. (PIN numbers 4760034830, 4760131733, 4750924960 and 4750953208). The request is to rezone the property from Iredell County RA (Residential Agricultural) District to CZ-RM (Conditional Mixed Residential) District.

Case No. RZ-22-07 138 Houston Road (Mountain State Investments). To consider a rezoning of 2.0 acres (apx.) located on the south side of Houston Road, east of the Charlotte Highway intersection. (PIN number 4740877479). The request is to rezone the property from Iredell County GB (General Business) District to Town of Troutman LI (Light Industrial) District.
