The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 22
♦ Traci Lynn Call, 32, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, conspiracy and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Deago Sebastian Decal, 23, of Woodlawn Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender noncompliance and felony probation violation.

♦ Sa-Quan Dominique Ikard, 30, of Lincoln Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule IV controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of marijuana, conspiracy, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

♦ Rodnico Verta McCombs, 44, of Woodwinds Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Linwood Russell Simms, 24, of Garston Lane, Midlothian, Va., charged with two counts of statutory rape of a child 15 or younger.

SEPTEMBER 24
♦ Joseph Chandler Cowan, 41, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor sexual battery, and misdemeanor careless and reckless driving.

♦ Angela Renee Powell, 46, of Wilson Lee Boulevard, Statesville, charged with alter or destroy evidence, misdemeanor violation of a release order and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Lester Fabrico Rios-Madrid, 19, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Ashley Joanne Robbins, 35, of Wickham Road, Shiloh, charged with possession of methamphetamine, three misdemeanor drug offenses and two motor vehicle infractions.

SEPTEMBER 25
♦ Lashon Maurice Gaither, 44, of Mills Hill Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Tiffany Hope Goodman, 51, of Mountainside Drive, Laurel Springs, N.C., charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Robert Kyle Harkey, 47, of Barnhill Road, Cleveland, charged with breaking or entering.

SEPTEMBER 26
♦ Stephen Anthony Adams, 27, of Prestige Lane, Jefferson, S.C., charged with possession of cocaine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Dennis Lee Jones Jr., 42, of Troutman Shoals Road, Statesville, charged with larceny and misdemeanor conspiracy.

♦ James Edward Joyner, 63, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Jonathan Eli Lamaster, 27, of Lentstump Road, Lexington, Ind., charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Kristen Leigh Werth, 34, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with three counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 27
♦ David William Bates Jr., 39, of Longview Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Christopher David Quattlebaum, 31, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, flee/elude arrest in a motor vehicle, two counts of felony probation violation, three misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger, misdemeanor fail to stop for siren and three misdemeanor driving infractions.

SEPTEMBER 28
♦ Romielo Isaiah Cowan, 28, of W. Monroe Street, Salisbury, charged with aiding and abetting.

♦ Andra Lyn Guthrie, 54, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with larceny of a firearm.

♦ Zachary Douglas Rogers, 18, of Cross Country Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, conspiracy to sell narcotics, and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Cheron Carol Russell, 45, of Todd Street, Newton, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
