Thousands of people enjoyed a beautiful day at the 2023 Carolina BalloonFest on Saturday. Strong winds prevented the mass ascension, but the crowd enjoyed a day of live music, festival food, the Kids Zone, N.C. Wine and Craft Beer Garden, and the Evening Balloon Glow.
