Iredell County Rescue Squad Assistant Chief Tim Barber presented a Certificate of Appreciation and a check to cover the cost of materials to Career Academy and Technical School Principal Larry Rogers. Led by instructor Jeff Balthaser, construction class students were instrumental in building wooden cabinets and a desk for use at rescue scenes. The trailer will be used to transport swiftwater, confined space and large animal rescue equipment to scenes when needed. The Rescue Squad is grateful for the assistance CATS has provided.
